New Journals Added to HeinOnline This Month!

With the January content release, we added 9 new journals, 8 of which are active serials. Let’s dive into our new Law Journal Library titles this month and see the type of content they cover.

Construction Law Journal

The Construction Law Journal is published semi-annually by the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas with the assistance of students from South Texas College of Law Houston. The purpose of the Journal is to publish well-researched, scholarly articles concerning matters of interest in the practice of construction law. The journal editors invite the submission, for publication consideration, of any original manuscript addressing topics within this area.

This journal aims to promote new information, ideas, approaches, and methods, to both academics and practitioners in the fields of criminal justice, criminology, and security studies. It is published by faculty of University of Sarajevo. The primary mission of the journal is to publish peer-reviewed scientific and professional papers, book reviews, and professional translations in the field of criminal justice, with the aim to make direct contribution to the promotion and development of science, the professions, scientific research, and higher education. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.

This is an open-access scientific journal aimed to promote theoretical and practical experiences of criminology, criminal law, penology, and related scientific disciplines that study the etiology, phenomenology, prevention, and suppression of crime. Contributions cover either theoretical or empirical investigations of relevant topics, targeting both an academic community and criminal law practitioners. Co-publishers of the Journal include the Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research and Serbian Association for Criminal Law Theory and Practice. All papers are anonymously peer-reviewed.

York Law Review

Vol. 1 (2020)

This is a student-led academic publication managed by students and staff at the York Law School. It publishes legal scholarship written by undergraduate and postgraduate students. It includes a series of papers from undergraduate dissertations, as well as winning papers from competitions run by the journal throughout the year. This journal reflects the collaboration between staff and students, and shows the active learning of students.
