Utilizing a double-blind peer review system, the journal is edited by an Editorial Board formed by the Faculty of Law at Bucharest University.

Bialostockie Studia Prawnicze / Bialystok Legal Studies (BSP)is a journal published under the auspices of the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, Poland. Each volume is dedicated to one specific theme, while all articles primarily address traditional questions of legal interest. The scope of the journal includes all branches of law—civil, criminal, administrative, constitutional, corporate, international, and European, as well as legal theory. In addition to research articles, BSP publishes book reviews and commentaries, and languages throughout the publication include but are not limited to: Polish; English; French; Spanish; German; and Russian. Authors include both established and early-career legal scholars and practitioners, and their publications are aimed toward theoreticians and practitioners of law at various stages of their careers.

Beginning its publication in 2010, the Chicago-Kent Journal of Environmental and Energy Law (JEEL) has been Chicago’s only environmental-specific law journal and has remained the longest-running environmental journal in the Midwest. JEEL is an entirely student-run publication seeking to provide a forum for professors, attorneys, and students to engage in a dialogue about environmental law and policy issues on a global, national, and local level.

For more than five decades, the International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology (IJO), peer-reviewed and published monthly, has provided challenging research on a variety of topics to therapists, counselors, researchers, forensic psychologists and psychiatrists, criminologists, and policymakers. Research topics include violent crime, sexual offending, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency, criminal profiling, and risk assessment. In this journal, there is an emphasis on the treatment of the offender, both as it relates to theory and for clinical practice.
