Most-Cited U.S. Supreme Court Cases in HeinOnline: Part III

Almost ten years ago, we blogged about how we applied scholarly indexing to the U.S. Supreme Court Library. Then, a few months later we announced that we added links for users to access the articles which cite cases in HeinOnline, otherwise known as Hein’s ScholarCheck.

Author Self-Citations, ScholarCheck Rankings, and Twitter Buzz

HeinOnline has added a metric to Author Profile Page citation data: Self-Citations. This metric counts the cumulative number of times that an author has cited his or her own work. It is not factored into the overall ScholarCheck ranking analysis, nor does it affect the overall citation count.
