New Journals Added to HeinOnline This Month!

With this month’s content release, we added 13 new titles to the Law Journal Library. Out of these, 11 are active serials. Join us as we take a closer look at each of these new titles and what type of content they cover.

Ateneo Law Journal

The Ateneo Law Journal strives to remain one of the benchmarks in legal scholarship in the Philippines by providing a comprehensive forum where thoughts, ideas, and opinions meet on legal matters, whether of interest to the bench, the bar, the law student, or the common Filipino. The student-run journal earnestly carries out its responsibility as a medium for initiating discourse in various fields of law, reflecting a continuous collaboration and interaction among students, faculty, practitioners, and the government.

Published by University of La Plata

This is a scientific journal aimed at the academic community and the general public, which focuses on current social rights and covers various disciplines of the social sciences. Included are articles of doctrine, comments on judicial decisions, and national and provincial laws. Published works are composed by both undergraduate and graduate students.


Environmental Law and Practice Review

Vols. 1-6 (2011-2018)

Published by NALSAR University of Law

While recognizing that various environmental problems are not indigenous to India, the articles and essays curated in the volumes of this student-edited journal, explore these themes in various contexts, often, in an attempt to arrive at solutions to these problems. The volumes effectively represent the values of the journal, in terms of ensuring the publication of contemporary pieces relevant not only to India but also to the world around us.
