Scientific journal Alternative Dispute Resolution Yearbook, published by the oldest university in Georgia and also in the Caucasus region—Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University—is the only specialized bilingual, blind peer-reviewed journal in ADR throughout the country. The journal was founded in 2012 and comprises the main research series about contemporary ADR institutes since legislative institutionalization of mediation in Georgia.
