1. African Journal of International Affairs and Development

The African Journal of International Affairs and Development (AJIAD) began its course in 1995 as a bi-annual devoted to the study of Africa in global affairs and development. Initially appearing as a combined volume in 1999, it was able to publish as two separate issues. Despite the ongoing crisis in African publishing, the journal has an expanding subscriber base, particularly in North America and South Africa, together with improved coverage including legal, political, diplomatic, economic, sociocultural, military, and security issues at the core of Africa’s foreign relations and world affairs. Matters relating to the environment, development, conflict, and cooperation are also raised.

DNLU Student Law Journal was conceived in the year 2020 with its first volume coming out in the year 2021. The print version is double-blind peer-edited, whereas the online journal is student editorial board-edited and then finally edited by a faculty member and advisory board of the journal composed of distinguished professors and professionals.

Erzincan Law Review (ErLR) aims to contribute to the national and international literature by publishing original and qualified scientific works in the field of law and other scientific fields which are related to the law. Erzincan Law Review (ErLR) consists of original scientific studies, such as law and law-related interdisciplinary articles, decision reviews, legislative evaluations, book reviews, and translations, which are submitted by academics, researchers, and practitioners. Erzincan Binali Yildirim University Journal of the Faculty of Law (Erzincan Law Review) started its publication life in 1997 as the Journal of Ataturk University Erzincan Faculty of Law and has been continuing its publication life as a peer-refereed journal since 2002. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December.

The journal seeks to produce knowledge and development of literature in the field of comparative law, develop interdisciplinary studies and familiarity with contemporary legal systems, explain the Islamic legal system and its comparative study with other contemporary legal systems, and recognize the Islamic and Iranian legal system. The Journal of Comparative Law is a peer-edited journal.

7. Macedonian Review for Criminal Law and Criminology

The Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of North Macedonia is the official publisher of the Macedonian Review for Criminal Law and Criminology. The Review‘s objectives are to raise the experts’ and general public’s awareness on issues from the area of criminal justice and protection of civil liberties, as well as to give voice to the academic community in North Macedonia. It is the only specialized journal in Republic of North Macedonia in the area of criminal law and criminology, where legal experts, academicians, justice professionals, and researchers can publish scientific works, raise public awareness, and facilitate scientific discussions. The Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of North Macedonia consists of a Publishing Council and Editorial Board comprised of international, regional, and domestic professors, academics, and justice professionals. The main editor of the review is elected from the rank of tenured academicians and professors, members of the Association for Criminal Law and Criminology, to ensure consistent quality of the published paper. The format of the review is open access, so anyone can access it and read the published materials. The publishing languages are Macedonian and English. The review has adopted the blind peer-review system.

Perspective Politice / Political Perspectives (PP) is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed annual journal published in print and digital format by the Faculty of Political Sciences of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest. PP welcomes articles in all fields of social and political sciences, aiming to cover the latest developments regarding political currents and ideologies, theoretical models, and research methods, in order to establish a space of dialogue where academics and intellectuals can shape and enhance their ideas. The topics accepted by Perspective Politice include, but are not limited to, internal and international political analysis, rational choice theory, comparative politics, institutionalism, political theory, ethics, history of political thought, law and administrative studies, and political communication. Polemical exchanges between authors, built around methodological approaches or research results, are encouraged, given that they can add clarity and relevance to our academic field. PP is indexed in several databases and is archived in the Legal Repository of the National Library of Romania. PP was founded in 2006 by Andrei Taranu and Virginia Mircea, initially as a subscription-based publication. Since 2009, the journal has flipped to a fully open-accessed model with the post-2009 archive material available on the journal’s website. Currently, PP is published annually by the Faculty of Political Sciences of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest as an open-access journal. Before publication, each submitted paper is subject to a double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts.
