The Constitution of 1988 was further amended by Constitutional Amendment No. 132. We have added the text of the amending law in Portuguese from the following: the Chamber of Deputies, Official Gazette, and Presidency. In addition, we now include the consolidated text, as amended to 2023 [Constitutional Amendment No. 132], in Portuguese from the Chamber of Deputies and Presidency.

The Constitution of 1991 was further amended by the Law of 20 December 2023. We now include the text of the amending law in Bulgarian from the National Assembly and Official Gazette. We also include the consolidated text, as amended to 2023, in Bulgarian from the Constitutional Court.

The Constitution of 1980 [Supreme Decree No. 100, codified 2005] was further amended by Law No. 21.654 of 19 January 2024 regarding successive extensions of the state of constitutional emergency exception. We have added the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Library of the National Congress and Official Gazette. Also, we have added the consolidated text, as amended to 2024 [Law No. 21.654], in Spanish from the Library of the National Congress. We have updated our own consolidated text accordingly.

The Constitution was further amended by Law No. 21.644 of 2 February 2024 which modifies the Fundamental Charter to create the Supraterritorial Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in organized crime and highly complex crimes within the Public Ministry. We include the text of the amending law from the Official Gazette and Library of the National Congress.

The Fundamental Law of Hungary, 2011, was further amended by the Amendment of 12 December 2023, concerning national sovereignty. We include the text of the amending law in Hungarian from the Official Gazette. We also include the consolidated text, as amended to 2023, in Hungarian from the Official Gazette. We have added six reprints to the collection of statutory acts governing constitutional matters. These include the Judicial Review Procedure Act of 2016, as updated 20 December 2023; the Local Government Act of 2002, as updated 17 February 2024; the Local Electoral Act of 2001, as updated to 23 December 2023; the Defence Act of 1990, as updated to 20 December 2023; the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act of 1990, as updated to 30 August 2022; and the Ombudsmen Act of 1975, as updated to 23 December 2023.

The Constitution of 1986/87 was further amended by the following amending laws of 2024: Law No. 1185; Law No. 1186; Law No. 1187; Law No. 1188; and Law No. 1190. We include the text of the five amending laws in Spanish from the Official Gazette.
