Additionally, we now include the Federal Constitutional Act of 27 December 2011, concerning Media Cooperation and Media Funding, as amended to 2023, in German and English from the Federal Chancellery.

We now include the consolidated text of the Constitution of 1988, as amended to 2023 [Constitutional Amendment No. 132], in English from the Senate. We also include the text of the Temporary Constitutional Provisions Act, updated to 2023, in English from the Senate.

Additionally, we have added our English translation of the Temporary Constitutional Provisions Act, amended through Amendment No. 132 and translated by Keith S. Rosenn; and the English translation of the Non-inserted Provisions, updated through Amendment No. 132, translated as a group by Keith S. Rosenn.

The Constitution of 1991 was further amended by Legislative Act No. 1 of 2024, recognizing the Fourteen Allowance for Public Forces in addition to other provisions. We have added the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Presidency.

The Constitution of 1949 was further amended by Legislative Decree No. 10385 of 29 November 2023, concerning authorizing extradition for crimes related to international drug trafficking and terrorism. We have added the text of the amending law in Spanish from the National Assembly. We also now include the consolidated text, as amended to 2023 [Law No. 10385], in Spanish from the Supreme Tribunal of Elections. Additionally, we have updated our English translation of the consolidated text.

The Constitution of 2008 was further amended by the amendments adopted at the Referendum of 21 April 2024 and by the amendment adopted by the National Assembly of 30 May 2024. We include the text of the Referendum amendments in Spanish from the National Electoral Council and the text of the National Assembly amending law in Spanish from the Official Gazette.

The Constitution of 1958 [Fifth Republic] was further amended by Law No. 2024-200 of 8 March 2024, which enshrines a woman’s right to an abortion in France’s constitution. We now include the text of the amending law in French from the Official Gazette. We have also added the consolidated text, as amended to 2024, in French
from the Constitutional Council.

We now include the consolidated text of the Basic Law of 1949, as amended to the Law of 19 December 2022, in English from the Bundestag.

The Fundamental Law of 2011 was further amended by the Amendment of 11 June 2024. We have added the text of the amending law in Hungarian from the Official Gazette and the consolidated text, as amended to 2024, in Hungarian from the Official Gazette. Additionally, we have added the consolidated text, as amended to 2023, in German and French from the Ministry of Justice.

We now include the Constitution of 1949/50 in a Consolidation of 1 May 2024, and updated to the One Hundred and Sixth Amendment Act, 2023, in English from the Ministry of Law and Justice.

We now include the revised 2022 version of the Constitution of 2010 from the Ministry of Justice/Kenya Law Reports.

The Constitution of 1917 was further amended by the Decree of 22 March 2024, concerning the Third Transitory Article. We have added the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Official Gazette. We also now include the consolidated text, as amended to 2024 [22 March 2024], in Spanish from the Chamber of Deputies. We now include the consolidated text of the Constitution of Mexico of 1917, as amended to 2024 [Diario Oficial of 22 March 2024] in Spanish from the National Juridical Order.

We have added the consolidated text of the Constitution of 1983, as amended to 2023, in Dutch from the Staatsblad. Additionally, we now include the consolidated text of the constitution, as amended to 2023, from the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations in the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, and Spanish.

The Constitution of 1993 was further amended by Law No. 31988 of 20 March 2024, which reestablishes Bicameralism in the Congress of the Republic of Peru. This month, we add the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Official Gazette. We now include the consolidated text of the Constitution of 1993, as amended to 2024 [Law No. 31988 of 20 March 2024], in Spanish from the Publications of the Official Gazette. We also have updated our English translation of the consolidated text.

The Constitution of 1999/2000 was further amended by the Referendum of 3 March 2024, which concerned the initiative for a 13th OASI pension payment. We have added the text of the amending law from the Federal Gazette in the following languages: French, Italian, and German. We also include the text of the official compilation in the following languages: French, Italian, and German. Additionally, we have added the consolidated text, as amended and in force 2024 [3 March 2024], from the Federal Council in the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Romansch.

The Constitution of 1992 was further amended by the Constitutional Law of Turkmenistan, on Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of Turkmenistan of 21 January 2023 [No. 531-VI]. We now include the text of the amending law in Turkmen and Russian from the Ministry of Justice. We have also added the consolidated
text, as amended to 2023, in both Russian and Turkmen from the Ministry of Justice.
