The Athens Journal of Law (AJL) is a quarterly, double-blind peer-reviewed journal from Athens Institute for Education and Research, considering papers from all areas of law. Many of the articles are selected from the papers presented at various annual international academic conferences sponsored by the Business, Economics and Law Division of the Institute. The editorial board of the journal selects the best of the papers presented each year, while also encouraging the independent submission of papers—in so doing, the Institute seeks to produce a top quality academic journal.

Criminal Law and Justice Weekly (CL&J), formerly known as Justice of the Peace, is the oldest legal weekly magazine in England and Wales. It has continuously reported all aspects of the law for the magisterial and criminal courts since first published in 1837. First published by Shaw and Co., the magazine aimed to provide the legal community with a “universal medium of communication” and certainty of the speediest information relating to all subjects falling under the cognizance of its readership. Today, CL&J still reports on all matters concerning the criminal courts and the latest news for its readers. It is used by judges, justice’s clerks and executives, barristers, solicitors, police, probation, and all that work within the magistrate’s and criminal court systems.

Indian Learning

Indian Learning is a special magazine that features efforts to encourage articles and other pieces in the field of artificial intelligence, business ethics, law, and technology as a whole. The journal publishes position statements, general updates, and further developments that are connected with the ecosystem of artificial intelligence ethics. Indian Learning publishes two issues per year from the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law, the only society in India which focuses entirely on the incorporation of artificial intelligence into the field of law.

NAELA Journal

NAELA Journal is published twice a year electronically and in print at the end of each year. NAELA publishes substantive articles covering a wide range of elder law and special needs planning topics from Medicaid to mental health law, as well as case notes of significant state or federal cases of importance to attorneys practicing elder law and special needs planning. Journal articles often stem from presentations at conferences, as well as substantive briefs on issues being litigated in trial courts or on appeal.

Probation Journal is published in association with Napo, the trade union and professional association for family court and probation staff and represents commitment to high standards of professionalism within the National Probation Service and wider Community and Criminal Justice Sector. Editorial decisions, however, are completely independent and the journal’s contents do not necessarily represent Napo policy.
