Admiralty Record

The Admiralty Record, first published in 2014, is an annual publication that reports the admiralty and maritime law opinions issued by the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals that are designated for publication during a particular calendar year, beginning with those issued during 2013.
The mission of the Admiralty Record is to provide the admiralty and maritime law practitioner, professor, student, or others interested in the field with one annual book that contains all of the precedential admiralty and maritime law opinions issued by the federal appellate courts during the previous calendar year. Each volume contains a Table of Contents listing all of the opinions reported, as well as a Table of Cases and a Table of Statutes and Rules that provide pinpoint citations to all cases, statutes, and rules cited in each opinion. Finally, each volume also contains a subject-matter index to assist the reader in finding cases involving a particular subject matter.

Strictly, it is a book rather than a journal, but it has been published every year since 1999. The authors are Kenneth Reid and George Gretton (both law professors at the University of Edinburgh). The target audience is legal practitioners in Scotland as well as legal academics and law students.
Avizandum Publishing is a specialist law bookshop based in Edinburgh with a strong emphasis on Scots Law. The company holds a very comprehensive stock of Scots law books and a wide range of general UK law books.

Deviant Behavior is the only journal that specifically and exclusively addresses social deviance. International and interdisciplinary in scope, it publishes refereed theoretical, descriptive, methodological, and applied papers. All aspects of deviant behavior are discussed, including crime, juvenile delinquency, alcohol abuse and narcotic addiction, sexual deviance, societal reaction to handicap and disfigurement, mental illness, and socially inappropriate behavior.
In addition, Deviant Behavior frequently includes articles that address contemporary theoretical and conceptual controversies, allowing the specialist in deviance to stay informed of ongoing debates. The journal also publishes overview articles on particular aspects of deviance, updating the reader on research and theoretical developments. The Journal of Family Trauma, Child Custody, and Child Development (JFT)—formerly the Journal of Child Custody—provides access to the research, theories, ideas, commentaries, and experiences of leading experts in the fields of family psychology, child development, attachment, child custody, trauma, interpersonal violence and abuse, assessment, parenting, divorce, and other relevant areas. It keeps professionals up to date with the latest developments in the research and practice on these important areas of family and child functioning, as well as discussions about complex legal and psychological issues involved in their assessment or evaluations.
While it will not shy away from controversial topics and ideas, the journal is committed to publishing accurate, balanced, and scholarly articles as well as insightful reviews of relevant literature, research, and books covering these areas. The Journal of Law & Innovation is a student-edited journal at the University of Pennsylvania Law School that focuses on issues related to law, innovation, and technology. Unlike most law school journals, JLI benefits from a high level of faculty involvement. The journal is published as a single-issue journal each year, in a symposium format. During the Fall semester, journal members work with the faculty editor(s) in a seminar to read prominent legal scholarship on the topic and learn how to critically analyze legal scholarship. During the Spring semester, journal members assist with the running and organization of a major symposium on the topic, work with the symposium authors to substantively edit their pieces, and help bring the journal to print before the end of the academic year.
Internally, the goal of the Journal of Law & Innovation is to provide its technologically-focused student-members with a substantive publication experience, an opportunity for close collaboration with Penn Law faculty members, and an extended foray into academia. Externally, the journalseeks to produce novel legal scholarship that explores the intersection of law and technology. Each year, JLI purposefully chooses a volume topic centered on a fast-evolving and unsettled area of law. The resulting author contributions allow academics and practitioners to remain up to date on the most pressing ways in which recent societal technological development have and will impact legal regimes (and vice versa).

Revista de Bioetica y Derecho (Journal of Bioethics and Law) is a peer-edited journal of the University of Barcelona, published by the Observatory of Bioethics and Law (OBD). The current publication is the result of the fusion of two journals in 2016: Revista de Bioetica y Derecho, created in 2004 at the initiative of OBD with the support of the Master in Bioethics and Law of the University of Barcelona; and the journal Perspectivas Bioeticas of the Bioethics Programme of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO, Argentina).
The journal aims to provide rigorous and contrasted scientific information as well as rational and reasonable humanist arguments that contribute to defining and selecting bioethical problems and opening the social debate to citizen participation. The publication is thus intended for all those interested in bioethics applied to health, safety, new technologies and the environment, among other areas, and is open to the participation of scholars and the promotion of public debate.

The Wrongful Conviction Law Review is a non-profit, peer-reviewed international journal focusing on wrongful convictions and miscarriages of justice. While the publication is fundamentally a law review, it welcomes submissions from other disciplines (e.g., criminology, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, etc.). The publication is released three times a year by members of Algoma University, a public institution based in Ontario, Canada.
The journal aims to be the preeminent repository of articles, book reviews, and case commentaries in its field of endeavor, publishing high-quality, original, empirical, and theoretical research and seeking to foster dialogue and collaboration between scholars, jurists, and practitioners.
