Arizona Law Journal of Emerging Technologies‘ (AZLawJET) purpose and goal is to unify a multitude of technical, legal, and public policy disciplines. They seek authors that aim to contribute to the merging areas of law, public policy, and business, but also those that study areas such as intellectual property rights, science and technology, and similar areas of legal academia.

These studies can also rely on findings from related disciplines, especially social sciences and humanities. The Opole Studies in Administration and Law/Opolskie Studia Administracyjno-Prawne (OSAP) aims to advance legal and public administration scholarship by publishing high quality doctrinal and empirical works in these fields. The journal welcomes papers written by legal academics and scholars from cognate disciplines representing a variety of methodological approaches, from the classical black-letter analysis, through socio-legal and critical approaches up to computational legal studies. The journal is aimed both at academics, although the texts published there are also of interest to practitioners, and there is some room reserved for practice-induced commentaries on recent court judgements. OSAP is published in the tradition of European law reviews, so it is peer-edited and the papers are peer-reviewed by external reviewers.

The Yale Journal of International Law (YJIL) publishes two types of online content: (1) short-form “YJIL Forum” pieces and (2) longer-form “Features Essays” (collectively called “YJIL Online”). YJIL Online is particularly interested in submissions that examine recent developments, discuss practitioner experiences, or respond to articles published in YJIL or on YJIL Online. YJIL Online publishes works that include international, comparative, or transnational elements as an intrinsic part of the central legal argument. YJIL Online does not publish pieces that confront solely the domestic law of nation-states, as well as articles on the topic of foreign actors in a domestic legal context, such as U.S. immigration law. The goal of YJIL Online is to publish new ideas and viewpoints rather than to summarize areas of international law.
